Practice
My practice utilizes a methodology pioneered by my colleagues at Regenesis called regenerative development; it’s an integrated, holistic approach to creating rigorous and durable regenerative systems change.
I call my practice Braided Ways in homage to the importance of integrating diverse ways of knowing and being together to form a beautiful and cohesive whole that does not lose the integrity of any strand. From cutting-edge ecological science to indigenous storytelling, my work calls into being new wholes that weave together the traditional and the scientific.

Regenerative development is an integrated and holistic methodology that helps us learn to see the living systems around us more accurately, so we can more effectively discern where the nodal opportunities are to create long-term regenerative change. I utilize the approach to regenerative development that was created and honed by my colleages Regenesis, and encourage curious visitors to check out the rich Resources page on the Regenesis website.

Because regenerative development utilizes such a comprehensive and holistic approach, it creates many opportunities to integrate into the visioning, planning, and design process. My personal expertise and current areas of interest are:
- Visioning process facilitation for community organizations
- Strategic advisory and planning facilitation for community development projects aspiring towards a regenerative outcome
- Ecological and regenerative site design
-Post-project consulting to develop insights on “Phase 2” opportunities to implement new learnings and evolve a project’s concept and/or design
I encourage you to reach out to me directly to explore collaborating.

I utilize regenerative development frameworks to inform the unique process we might undertake together to see new potential and create lasting regenerative change through your project.
